Privacy notice
How I handle your details.
Last updated: 12 October 2026
Tessel is a one-person web design studio in Singapore, run by Zach. This notice explains what personal data I collect through tesselstudio.dev, why, and what you can do about it, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
What I collect
- What you type into the contact form: your name, business name, email or phone number, and your message.
- What you send me by email or chat, such as photos, logos and business details for your website.
- Anonymous visit statistics (pages viewed, country, device type) through Cloudflare Web Analytics. It doesn't use cookies or identify you.
Why I use it
- To reply to your enquiry, prepare your free homepage mockup and send you a quote.
- If you become a client, to build and look after your website, and to send invoices.
- To understand which parts of this website are useful, using the anonymous statistics.
I don't sell your data, add you to mailing lists or send marketing messages you didn't ask for.
Who else handles it
- Web3Forms delivers contact form messages to my email inbox.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and provides the visit statistics.
- Google (Gmail) stores my email.
These providers may store data outside Singapore. I only use them to run this website and reply to you.
How long I keep it
If you don't become a client, I delete your enquiry within 12 months. If you do, I keep project records for as long as I look after your website, and invoices for as long as the law requires.
Your choices
You can ask me to show you, correct or delete the personal data I hold about you, or withdraw your consent for me to use it. Email hello@tesselstudio.dev and I'll reply within 7 days.
