Nothing fancy. Most owners have all of this on their phone already.
- Your logo, in any format. A clear photo of your signboard works to start.
- 3 to 10 photos of your work, your shop or your team.
- Your services, and prices if you show them.
- Opening hours and the areas you serve.
- How customers should reach you: phone, email or chat.
Don't have the words ready? Send what you have and I'll help you polish it. If you'd like everything written from scratch, I'll quote that upfront.
After launch

Kept running
Hosting is included, with no monthly fees, and the first year of your .com domain is on me. After that, your only yearly cost is renewing it.
Changes when you need them
The care plan is S$40 a month for up to 3 small changes and a monthly check that everything works. Or pay as you go, at S$80 an hour.
Always yours
Your domain is registered in your name from day one. If you ever want to move, I'll hand over the site and its code for free.

I'm a software engineer who builds business systems by day: booking tools, customer databases and point-of-sale systems. Tessel is my one-person studio, so you deal with me directly, from the first chat to launch day, in plain English.

Are there monthly fees?
No. Hosting is included. Your only yearly cost is renewing your domain. The care plan is optional.
Can I update the site myself?
Most clients send me their changes instead, and the care plan covers small ones every month. If you'd rather edit it yourself, I can add a simple editor. Just ask when we start.
Do you write the words?
I'll start from what you send and help you polish it. If you'd like everything written from scratch, I'll quote that upfront.
What makes the price go up?
More pages, online booking or member logins, and features that connect to other systems. You'll always get a fixed price before any work starts.
Can my customers book online?
Yes. The Business+ package adds online booking, an enquiry tracker or member logins, built to fit how you work.
I already have a website. Can you redo it?
Yes. Redesigns cost the same as a new site, based on the number of pages, and your web address stays the same.
How fast do you reply?
Within 24 hours, usually much sooner.
